Prejudice

While the Drakkhozhn are imposing with their scales and fangs, and the Ur intimidating with their great size and strength, no other race has been so universally feared and hated on the face of Vocroth as the Dölgöthros, no matter what their professed motives or which culture or faction they claimed to be aligned with. The Dölgöthros have no true allies, though they, through the manipulations of the Inner Circle of the Conspiracy, have orchestrated a kind of mercenary allyship for other cultures in need of the kinds of services only they can provide. These alliances, they understand, are temporary at best, so they will undertake them only when they can gain a clear advantage through association, and only when they can ensure the negotiations can be limited to a small, elite group of decisionmakers - so that the Conspiracy itself will not be exposed.

While most other cultures simply loathe and fear the Dölgöthros for what they are, there are two species who harbor a special level of hatred for them.

THE DRAKKHOZHN / Khozhn-ah

One of the Dölgöthros was responsible for the death of their beloved empress, Da’saahn in ancient time, and the Drakkhozhn are genetically incapable of forgetting this event, among many others, so their hatred runs as hot today, hundreds of years later, as it did on the day the event occurred.

THE ZEPHRIEL

There is an ancient wrong between the Courts and the Dölgöthros, the Zephriel say, though they rarely provide much detail. As a result, the Fey maintain a slow-burning grudge with the Shapeshifters, which threatens to consume them if they get the opportunity to meet one of the Dölgöthros themselves.
